Defence Medical Welfare Service is an international charity that has been providing welfare support to the Armed Forces Community for over 70 years. As well as having a proven track record of delivering a highly professional welfare support service, we have developed and established a robust DMWS Training Arm.
An exciting opportunity has now arisen at DMWS for a Training Manager who will have responsibility for both the development and delivery of welfare related training courses. This role will suit an experienced training delivery practitioner with great interpersonal skills and a commitment and loyalty to the team and organisation. This will include developing business plans for the training arm of the charity, development and marketing of new courses and the delivery of current course portfolio. If applicants are already trained and experienced in the delivery of Mental Health First Aid, this would be beneficial. The position holder will be required to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
