Exploring the experiences of a mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) intervention among British Armed Forces Veterans: Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis

This qualitative research study aims to explore the subjective experiences of British Armed Forces Veterans who received a mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) intervention and their subsequent meaning making. This doctoral study aims to inform future work and psychological care, aiming to contribute to the development of new perspectives of working with Veterans by offering them more targeted interventions for their specific needs.

Eligibility criteria:

  • British Armed Forces Veterans, over the age of 18, who are based in the United Kingdom
  • Completed the MBSR course within the last 2 years
