Are you looking for a new challenge to be part of an ambitious, creative and forward-thinking team that raises vital funds for our veterans?

We have an exciting opportunity for someone who is ambitious and creative to seek new opportunities and build relationships in order to raise vital funds for our UK veterans. You will have the opportunity to join a new Business Development team and be part of an exciting transition for the Partnerships team, utilising Help for Heroes remarkable brand to generate income from new commercial and fundraising partnerships.

Your role will be varied, responsible for leading and supporting on new business opportunities, managing a pipeline of prospects, working closely with a team to implement a focused strategy, & engaging with businesses in a creative and impactful way. You will be a team player, able to expertly build new relationships and efficiently manage and prioritise your time. You will be confident in managing the process of securing new business from initial research right through to contract negotiations.

The ideal candidate will be personableself-motivated, and a strategic thinker with a track record of securing new partnerships and deals, able to work in a fast-paced environment and eager to meet KPIs & targets. You will be a skilled communicator, both written and verbally, with the ability to flex your communication styles based on your audience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and experience of using a CRM database is essential.
