About You
Would you like to work in a role where you will be contributing to improving the lives of veterans? Are you calm and can you bring a mature attitude to how you prioritise when there’s a lot going on? Can you bring your own experience from a commercial role, ideally from retail? Do you also enjoy communicating, clearly and accurately, with a wide range of people? About the Role
Help for Heroes Trading, designs and sells clothing and other merchandise online and through the occasional pop-up shop. You will be supporting the team to ensure that we have the right amount of stock in the right place at the right time. This involves clear and accurate communication with internal colleagues as well as external suppliers; manufacturers, warehousing and couriers. You’ll help maintain data accuracy across our systems both online and through spreadsheets.
About the Team
We’re a small, creative, energetic and committed team. We cover all aspects of our products lifecycle from design to customer service. We often “lean in” to support each other as workloads shift. We get to meet some amazing people from our amazingly talented veterans (some of whom help create designs) to celebrity ambassadors. As well as collaborating with each other we work across the charity to find ways to generating income.
