From January 2026, Louise Briggs is Cobseo’ s new lead on membership and will oversee all membership matters. She is the main contact for all new and existing membership enquiries. Louise will be responsible for developing and managing the membership strategy.
Before joining Cobseo, Louise worked for MOD Veterans Services, with a regional role initially and then leading the teams nationally through significant change. With lived experience of the Armed Forces Community and previous work experience with the RAF Families Federation with a focus on transition as well as education and childcare, Louise has wide experience of the highs and lows of military life and supporting those experiencing them.
Prior to working in the Armed Forces sector, Louise worked in the higher education sector with a number of roles in the administration and management of university departments and research activity.
