This is a seven-month fixed-term contract that will see a bright talent bringing their enthusiasm and passion to our team, helping us to support a unique group of women by working in line with our ethos of Sing, Share, Support. This role is perfect for somebody who has a keen interest in welfare, wellbeing and the Armed Forces seeking to take their next step in a career that may include administration, research or monitoring & evaluation within the charity sector.
You’ll be responsible for the administration of a major research project, our first in many years, liaising with academics and our network of choir members to help produce meaningful results. You’ll also work closely with existing team members to develop and expand the charity’s intranet (SharePoint), and you’ll be supporting in the day-to-day operations of our ongoing training programme.
We’re looking for someone with good communication skills who has a proactive and positive approach whilst keeping our choir members’ needs at the forefront of decisions. Our ideal candidate will be a creative collaborator who is flexible and adaptable and can support across our small team as needed.
