The Board of Trustees of RNRMC is pleased to announce the appointment of Mrs Sam Nicolson MBE as interim CEO.
Sam joined the Charity in 2008 as Financial Controller. She commands respect across the military charity sector and has built trusted relationships with all of our key partners.
Instrumental in leading the integration of The Royal Marines Charitable Trust Fund into RNRMC in 2011, Sam went on to lead the development and delivery of regulatory and financial services for charities both inside RNRMC group as well as financial services for partner Naval Charities.
Sam had a key role in the delivery our flagship Drumfork Project in 2018 and more recently supported the integration of WRNS BT into RNRMC Group in 2024. She also assisted the development and establishment of The Submarine Family. In 2020, Sam was appointed Chief Operating Officer by the then CEO Adrian Bell.
Sam is a Trustee of Naomi House and Jacksplace. In 2024 her contribution to the charity sector was recognised with an MBE.
