The Union Jack Club reopens following flood on 23rd June

The Union Jack Club is now back and fully trading having been closed due to flooding following the unprecedented rainfall on Thursday 23rd June in London. In its entire history, the Union Jack Club has never had its doors closed to Members and we are devastated that we had to take this step.

Unfortunately, like many buildings of our nature, the electricity boxes, IT and boilers are located in the basement, alongside beer cellar and stores. As a result we lost all power as well as the boilers. The Fire Brigade and other services were outstanding as were all of you who pulled together as a team to help evacuate the Union Jack Club calmly and safely.
