About us

The RAF Association exists support to the RAF community across a variety of welfare services.  The support we provide is delivered by our teams of internal specialists together with a strong network of commitment volunteers.  In the past year, we have supported over 81,000 members and beneficiaries and look to continue this in addition to developing new services that are both sustainable and effective.

The Team

The Estates Team are responsible for the wide portfolio of property across the Association, its subsidiaries and our wide network of Branches and Clubs.  Reporting to our Property Manager, you will provide specialist advice and support in relation to all building matters, ensuring compliance to our legal obligations, monitoring of budgets and managing risk.  Our Estates team are a small team who pride themselves on maintaining our valued, long-term relationship between our regional teams, Branches and Clubs, promoting strong engagement and being seen as a trusted advisors within their specialism.

About you

You will be a proven property professional, with a related qualification in your field.  You will have working practice of supporting property management across a large estate portfolio and be conversant with the latest legislation and codes of practice.  You will have the ability to coordinate multiple strands of work and demonstrate a sound understanding of property occupational agreements.  We’d love to hear from you if you are a passionate communicator who values strong customer service as a way of endorsing your professional credibility.
