RAFA – Certified Salesforce Develop

Location: The role will be based at our head office in Leicester with a blended approach to homeworking post Covid

This is an exciting opportunity for a Certified Salesforce Developer to be part of an agile and committed IT team transforming business requirements into Salesforce implementations and customisations as part of our CRM development and digital transformation agenda.

About the team

The IT project management office is a small team of passionate, solution focused individuals.  Reporting to the Head of CRM the team are involved in the full lifecycle of projects from building business cases to support the justification of IT transformation and projects to support the Associations objectives and goals. The team provide a valuable support to our key stakeholders and directorates, ensuring the roadmap of new activity is effectively developed, implemented and the return on investment demonstrated.  You will be part of a fantastic, committed team and achieve the real satisfaction of being a significant part of taking new services from concept to life and seeing the difference these programmes make to the RAF community we support. The Association is developing its Salesforce CRM system and we are looking for a Certified Salesforce Developer to work closely with the Senior Salesforce Developer and Head of CRM to transform business requirements into Salesforce implementations and customisations to accommodate the current and future needs of the Association

About you

The role requires you to hold the Dev 401 or Platform Developer 1 and 2 equivalent qualifications as a minimum. You will have a strong background in Salesforce development having been responsible for configuration, development and system testing of Salesforce.com related projects. This role will require you to design appropriate solutions for new projects as they arise and work alongside third parties as appropriate to deliver successful implementations. You will have strong communication skills across a wide range of stakeholders.  Overall we are looking for a passionate individual who has the desire to use their experience for a wider social purpose and as a result you will gain immense job satisfaction from seeing these worthwhile activities reach those who really need it as well as being part of a collaborative values led organisation.
