Research exploring the digital needs of UK veterans

King’s College London is currently conducting a research study exploring the digital needs of UK veterans.

Digital technology is becoming increasingly central to accessing healthcare, social services, and support networks, and it’s vital that we understand any barriers veterans may face. This includes limited access to devices, unreliable internet connections, or a need for support using these digital tools. This study aims to better understand these challenges and identify which veterans are most affected.

The insights gathered will directly inform policy and programming to enhance digital inclusion and improve wellbeing for veterans across the UK.

The study has received full ethical approval from King’s College London (reference: MRA-24/25-47812) and participation is entirely voluntary and confidential. The survey can also be completed on behalf of a veteran, for example, if they are a carer or family member supporting them. There is also the option to enter a draw to win one of 10 £50 Love2Shop vouchers.
