The Royal British Legion – Supporter Care Coordinator

***THIS JOB VACANCY HAS NOW CLOSED***

Whether helping an injured veteran live a full life or enabling a family to take a much-needed Poppy Break, The Royal British Legion support the armed forces community through thick and thin – ensuring their unique contribution is never forgotten. All of this is only made possible with the help of our supporters.

We’re looking for an additional Supporter Care Coordinator to champion our supporters and ensure they are at the centre of our work for the Armed Forces community. You will join our growing team at an exciting time as we launch our five year fundraising strategy to grow our income, deepen our relationship with our supporters and develop the skills of our fundraising team.

This is a busy and rewarding role where you will help to resolve supporter queries and complaints, process donations and thank supporters for their gifts, as well as fulfil a range of other requests too. To maximise first point of contact resolution, you will take ownership of queries and complaints, coordinating with external suppliers and internal teams. So that you can speak to supporters from your own first-hand experience, you will also have the option to support other fundraising teams and departments across the organisation, as well as visit suppliers and welfare services.
