Your new role
As Financial Controller, you will have a varied role that is key to the success of this respected charity. You will lead the finance team to deliver outstanding services to residents, staff, and trustees. You will be responsible for managing the finance systems, delivering timely management information, budgeting, ensuring statutory requirements are met and business partnering with the Executive and care home teams.

What you’ll need to succeed
You will be a successful, ambitious and passionate finance leader with strong communication skills and a hands-on approach. You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) with a strategic mindset and experience of leading a high quality team and making a difference through managing change and financial control.
