Royal Navy & Royal Marines Charity (RNRMC) shone a spotlight on its most dedicated supporters during the Scotland and North Recognition evening, held on 4 November at HMS Dalriada in Glasgow.

This special gathering recognised some of the incredible individuals and organisations across Scotland and the North whose passion and commitment helps RNRMC continue its vital mission of supporting the Royal Navy and Royal Marines community – for life.
Bringing together more than 70 guests, the evening recognised the achievements of fundraisers, volunteers, and community leaders who have gone above and beyond in their dedication to sailors, marines, and their families.
Speaking at the event, RNRMC Interim CEO, Samantha Nicolson MBE said:
“Tonight’s event truly showcases the strength and unity of Scotland’s Naval community. It’s a celebration of the exceptional individuals and organisations who go above and beyond to support our sailors, marines, and their families.
“We are honoured to celebrate our supporters in Scotland once again and remain committed to strengthening these important connections in the years ahead.”
Samantha Nicolson, together with Eric Fraser (RNRMC Representative in Scotland) and Lara Van de Peer (RNRMC Grants Commissioning Manager in Scotland) presented the Recognition Certificates across several categories.
Volunteers, fundraisers, partners, and community projects were celebrated for their dedication, generosity, and collaboration, which together strengthen support, connection, and wellbeing across the naval community.
The evening reflected the deep sense of pride, camaraderie, and shared purpose that defines the Royal Navy and Royal Marines family. The dedication of those recognised makes a real and lasting difference to the lives of those we serve, and we are immensely grateful for their ongoing support.
