Applications are now open for RNRMC’s Transition and Support for Working-Age Veterans funding window – offering 1-year innovative grants from £1,000 up to £30,000 for organisations supporting Royal Navy and Royal Marines veterans as they move into civilian life.
Leaving the structure, identity, and community of service life can be challenging. Veterans often face hurdles around employment, finances, social connection, and wellbeing. This funding aims to support organisations delivering innovative, inclusive approaches that improve transition outcomes and provide lasting support.
Applications close: 12 January 2026
Decisions by: 23 March 2026
Projects must begin after: 1 April 2026

Successful applications will demonstrate:
- Clear benefit to veterans
- Evidence of need aligned with the themes and outcomes
- A well-planned project: activities, staffing, communications, costs, and monitoring/evaluation
