We are looking for an experienced administrator who can confidently manage the demands of a busy office. This role involves a variety of different tasks, including contractor monitoring, finance management and volunteer administration in addition to day to day support for the staff team. Strong organisational skills and prioritising skills are therefore essential. The role also involves liaising with partner organisations using the office and mentoring of our Administrative Apprentice.
This Area Administrator post is part of a job share and requires a friendly, team-minded and efficient individual who can fit into our team, which covers both Greater Manchester and Lancashire.
Please note this role is based at our Greater Manchester & Lancashire Area Office, which is located in Manchester City Centre (59 Cross Street, M2 4JW)
