The Role
The War Pensions and Compensation (WP&C) Legal Executive will work to establish the merits of new Armed Forces Compensation Scheme (AFCS) cases, communicate your views to our beneficiaries and work with the advice team to case manage beneficiaries. You will undertake quality and compliance audits of AFCS and War Pension cases. You will represent beneficiaries at Upper Tier Tribunal hearings.
This role is based from our Head Office, 199 Borough High Street, London, SE1 1AA
