Women’s Wellbeing Network 2026 webinars announced

Women with a connection to the RAF can come together in an inclusive community through the RAF Association’s Women’s Wellbeing Network.

The Network brings together serving women in the RAF and Reserves, and those connected to the RAF, through free educational online webinars covering a range of topics that may affect their day-to-day lives.

Following the successful launch of the Network this year, further webinars have been added for 2026. The webinars are:

  • The link between Mental Health and Physical Health: Wednesday 14 January
  • Loneliness in Command: Thursday 12 February
  • Women & Exercise: the effects of exercise on health, performance and the menstrual cycle: Wednesday 4 March
  • Making Stress Your Friend – It’s all about being Challenged: Thursday 19 March

Each webinar is hosted by an expert guest speaker and provides the space for women to talk, share ideas and connect with others from across the community.

Chloe Hulbert-Rawnsley, Wellbeing Services Officer at the RAF Association, said:

“We are really pleased with how well the Women’s Wellbeing Network has been received. It just shows that there is a real need to provide women connected to the RAF a safe space where they feel seen and heard and able to discuss sensitive issues like mental health and stress. We hope next year’s webinars will give even more women the chance to join our community and learn to overcome life’s challenges together.”

Air Marshal Clare Walton CB KHP, Director General Defence Medical Services for the RAF, who attended one of the webinars, said:

“The Women’s Wellbeing Network is a service close to my heart that empowers women in the RAF through knowledge, support and recognition. As an advocate for equal opportunity, I am proud to endorse this great initiative and encourage servicewomen to join the network and attend the valuable webinars offered.”

The Network is based on research carried out by the RAF Association and is supported with funding from the Armed Forces Covenant Fund Trust.
