Contract: Permanent – 35 Hours per Week
Salary: £32,000.00

Are you an experienced training manager with a demonstrable record of delivering impactful welfare and mental health training? Do you have a background in clinical training, with an emphasis on delivering to nursing staff? Do you want to make a real difference to the lives of people in the military and medical communities? Are you a confident, self-starter with the ability to motivate and persuade others?

We are looking for someone with strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead a team, and experience in developing an innovative training portfolio, to be presented both face-to-face and online. You will need to be compassionate, and passionate about supporting the Armed Forces, Blue light and medical communities.

DMWS is an international charity that has been providing medical welfare support to the Armed Forces Community for over 76 years. We are now recruiting a Training Manager based in our headquarters in Andover, Hampshire, but with the flexibility to work partly from home, and with an expectation to travel for the purpose of course creation, and delivery.

You will need to be prepared to be mobile and deployable. Additionally, you should be willing to work flexibly to meet job demands.
