Haig Housing – Senior Housing Manager


Full Time, Permanent. Managing 7 Housing Managers across the UK.

Haig Housing is a charitable housing association with some 1,500 properties in small estates throughout the UK which it lets to ex-Service people and their families.

We are looking for a capable and experienced Senior Manager for our Housing Services Department. You will be operational delivery focused, a good communicator with excellent problem solving skills including dealing with the management of our dispersed group of Housing professionals across the UK.

The role has a hybrid working arrangement with a minimum requirement of 2 days a week at our head office based initially in Morden, Surrey and then to our new offices in the London areas in late 2023. Additional working days in the Head Office, as dictated by your Line Manager, may be required depending on priorities and essential meetings. Regular travel will be required across all our estates.

You will be provided with IT equipment for home working and supported by our Head Office staff. Haig offers generous benefits including a car allowance, company pension, optional private medical insurances and a 3x salary death in service benefit.
