An exciting opportunity to work for Walking With The Wounded, charity has arisen in their Manchester office as Office Administrator supporting the Associate Director North West and wider team.

About the role:

You will provide comprehensive administrative support to a small team ensuring the smooth running of the charity’s Manchester office, based in Canada Street. You will support the Associate Director and undertake diary management, coordination of meetings, routine financial tasks, manage the post, stationery and online orders and welcome visitors.

You will promote the charity’s work in Manchester on social media to raise awareness of the charity’s activity in the region; therefore, experience in social media is desirable.

You will engage with other charities and key partners in support of Walking With The Wounded clients.

About you:

To meet the requirements of the role you will have a strong administrative background and be experienced and proficient in the use of a variety of software packages. You will need to demonstrate confidence, accuracy and excellent attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and work to deadlines. You will also need good written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
