Just as importantly, Julie brings a lifelong connection to the Armed Forces community as the daughter of a Royal Navy communications technician. That lived understanding of service, resilience and community matters deeply to XFE. It aligns with our commitment to ensuring the people who serve, and the families who support them, can access practical pathways into enterprise, self-employment and sustainable livelihood.
Julie has held a number of prominent leadership and advisory roles across her career, including more than 40 years with NatWest, and brings deep financial, strategic and governance expertise that will further strengthen XFE as it continues to grow its national impact.
Joining an already strong Board, chaired by Gen (Retd) Richard Nugee CBE, alongside Andrew Morgan, Diane Cote, Ren Kapur MBE and Martin Wing. The Board and executive team are grateful for Julie’s commitment and the time, insight and support she is bringing to XFE.
