China Fleet Country Club has officially opened its new coworking facility, providing a professional, flexible environment for remote workers, freelancers, and businesses. The transformation from a simple functions suite into a modern, purpose-built workspace reflects the Club’s ongoing commitment to reinvesting in its facilities and responding to the evolving needs of its members and the wider professional community.
Dean Bennett, General Manager of China Fleet Country Club, said:
“We wanted to create more than just a workspace. This transformation reflects our commitment to our members and the wider community, providing a professional environment where people can connect, collaborate, and thrive. With more people working from home than ever, this space offers the perfect solution to combat isolation and maintain productivity.”
In recent years, China Fleet Country Club has invested millions of pounds to enhance its offering, including a £2.5 million refurbishment of its leisure and hotel facilities, the installation of a 600kW solar PV system to support sustainability goals, and the launch of the new BOX12 fitness suite.. The new coworking area continues this trajectory, providing a state-of-the-art professional environment that supports productivity, networking, and collaboration.
The coworking space features dedicated desks with high-speed internet, food and beverage service to your desk, and free parking. There are flexible usage options including a Full Cowork Membership with full access to the coworking space and Health Club facilities seven days a week plus one free half-day boardroom rental per month; Cowork Flex for single-day access from 6:30am to 10pm; and Kingsmill Boardroom Hire with high-speed internet, presentation screen, and desk-side food and beverage service.
