218 years later, Trafalgar commemorated at Greenwich by two leading Naval charities

At the Painted Hall at the Old Royal Naval College, Greenwich; the Royal Navy and Royal Marines Charity (RNRMC) and the White Ensign Association (WEA) commemorated the victory at the Battle of Trafalgar and the death of Lord Nelson at a dinner hosted by the Patron of the RNRMC, Her Royal Highness The Princess Royal, with celebrated historian, Dan Snow MBE giving the keynote speech.

Charity and business pull together for children’s mental health

Bovington Academy, Dorset was the lucky recipient of some serious benevolent activity last month when SSAFA, the Armed Forces charity, joined forces with construction company BJF, Vivo Defence Services and BFBS, to deliver a ‘Listening Ear’ cabin at the school to enable children to have a safe space where there is always an adult on hand dedicated to listening to the concerns of the child.
