Read moreBrian Chapman is taking on the Hadrian’s wall cycle challenge to raise money for Military Charity Blesma, the Limbless Veterans.
Brian, 54, from Newark, served as an Army Sniper instructor in the Worcestershire and Sherwood Foresters Regiment. A motorbike accident seven years ago, which Brian cannot recall, led to Brian having to have his right leg amputated.”
Last year Brian climbed Mount Snowdon with his daughter to support the charity and not content with challenging himself just the once, he wanted to complete another.

Neil Heritage, 36, from Dorset, is set to climb the Matterhorn next month in his second attempt to summit the mountain. If Neil and his team reach the summit, he will be the first double above knee amputee to complete the challenge.
The former corporal, who was injured by a suicide bomber in Iraq in 2004, attempted the climb last year but had to make the decision to turn back.

Read moreEmployees of prosthetic provider Opcare will be completing a variety of cycling challenges on Friday 9 June to raise money for military charity Blesma, The Limbless Veterans.
The route options vary from just over 20 miles around Richmond Park in south west London, to the most gruelling challenge of cycling from Roehampton Limb Centre, London to the company’s head office in Birmingham 145 miles away in just one day. Some riders will join for the final 14-mile loop around Birmingham.

The entries were judged by Chief Executive of Blesma, Barry Le Grys MBE, and head photographer at Verdi Studios, Kirsty Verdi.
