A Christmas Evening with Stoll Veterans

Everyone loves carols and, if you want to join in some festive singing while donating to a worthwhile cause, join Stoll for an evening of carols and readings on 7th December in the beautiful setting of St Paul’s Church, Knightsbridge.

During the service, the St. Paul’s choir will perform carols and also help to lead the congregation. The evening will also include performances from The Band Of The Welsh Guards, a choir of Stoll staff and Veterans and more.

South London Military Wives Choir sing at The Poppy Factory Christmas Concert

The UK’s leading employment charity for disabled veterans, The Poppy Factory, will hold a one off magical evening of Christmas carols sung by the South London Military wives choir on Wednesday 13th December 2017.

The ‘Carols at Christmas’ concert, taking place in St Mary’s Church, Twickenham, will be hosted by Jazz FM & BBC Radio’s Jamie Crick.

The evening will also include readings from Poppy Factory clients and supporters and will be followed by a festive reception of wine and mince pies.

Military charity to host Winter Market at Chateau Rhianfa 

A local military charity is inviting local residents to attend a festive Winter Market at the stunning Chateau Rhianfa.

Blind Veterans UK, the charity for blind and vision-impaired ex-Service men and women, will be providing people with the opportunity to choose the perfect stocking fillers for their nearest and dearest.

Victoria Beech, Regional Fundraiser for Blind Veterans UK, says: “Chateau Rhianfa is as close to a magical fairy-tale castle as you can get. It’s the perfect place to visit to get in the mood for Christmas.”

Manchester, join Walking With The Wounded at Be At One Manchester on 13 Barton Arcade for an informal drinks evening with an update on the charity and hear how you can become an ambassador for our Walking Home For Christmas campaign.

Military charity Walking With The Wounded (WWTW) is estimating it will treble the number of ex-servicemen and women it supports in 2018, following a 97% increase last year to more than 1,000. With Christmas fast approaching, for many a time of financial pressure and loneliness, more ex-service personnel than ever require support.
